FOR CLIENTS WHO RESIDE IN Florida

Hi, I’m Lori Moses

Licensed Professional Counselor

You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you're overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a tough transition, healing from trauma, or just feeling stuck in relationships that aren’t working—you deserve a place to land, process, and figure out what’s next.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who’s passionate about helping people of all ages (12 and up) move through pain and into healing. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment—as we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and what’s been keeping you stuck.

So much of our emotional pain is stored in the body—especially when we’ve experienced trauma, loss, or disconnection. I use brain-and body-based techniques rooted in neuroscience to help you gently work through what’s holding you back. Whether you’re dealing with relational struggles, trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, or major life transitions, we’ll move at your pace and build tools that work for your life.

My own path has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I’ve lived overseas, raised children cross-culturally, survived cancer, and lost my husband. Those experiences deepened my empathy and helped me truly understand what it means to rebuild, even when life looks different than you imagined.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start. I’d be honored to walk with you.

A few things about me:

I am an adventurer at heart and love discovering new places and cultures.

Game nights bring out my competitive side (fair warning!)

I’ll try just about any food—and I can make dinner from whatever’s in the pantry.

I grew up in Southeast Asia, raised my family in Central Asia, and have a lifelong love for language.

I believe sharing our stories is sacred—and healing.

Choosing a therapist is an important decision.

If you're ready to embark on your transformative journey through this season of life, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation. Together, we can explore if we're the right match to help you overcome obstacles and prioritize your mental well-being.
